Lip liner should shape the color, not fight the lip underneath. Velvet Lip Liner glides on with concentrated pigment and a creamy matte finish, making it easy to sharpen the edge, balance the lip shape or fill the entire lip before lipstick.

Shea butter and conditioning waxes give the pencil a smoother, more comfortable feel than a dry, scratchy liner. Wear it alone for a soft matte lip or pair it with Liquid-to-Matte or Satin Lipstick for a cleaner edge and more deliberate color.

Start with a light hand. Trace the natural lip line, then build only where you want more definition. The result is polished, never drawn-on.

HOW TO WEAR

Sharpen the pencil, then trace the natural lip line with a light hand. Fill in the corners or the full lip if more structure or longer-looking color is wanted. Wear alone or layer under lipstick.
