Lip liner should shape the color, not fight the lip underneath. Velvet Lip Liner glides on with concentrated pigment and a creamy matte finish, giving you control over definition without the dry, scratchy feel of a harder pencil.

Shea butter and conditioning waxes help the color move smoothly, whether the liner is used as a quiet frame, a deeper edge or the base for the whole lip.

It can sharpen a lipstick, ground a lighter shade or stand on its own with a soft matte finish. The line stays intentional without making the lip look overworked.

WHAT IT DOES

High-pigment color, a creamy matte finish and shea butter–conditioned glide make it easy to define, balance or fully fill the lips without a dry, scratchy feel.

HOW TO WEAR

Outline clean lips, then fill or pair with lipstick. Sharpen as needed with a cosmetic pencil sharpener.

GOOD TO KNOW

Use the liner just at the edge for definition, shade slightly inward to deepen a lipstick, or fill the entire lip before adding color on top. For a softer edge, blend the line with a fingertip or lip brush before it fully sets. Sharpen when you want more precision.
