We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Standard Shipping: $5.95 on orders under $75
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $75 or more
• Priority Shipping: $13.95
• Priority Express: $39.95

Available shipping options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and do not include order-processing time. Carrier delays may affect estimated delivery dates.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Cosmetic products can be affected by extreme temperatures. Please use a delivery address where your package will not remain outdoors in excessive heat or cold.

Lost, Damaged, or Misdirected Packages

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Teacup Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again. Refunds or replacements are not automatic.

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or was misdirected by the carrier, contact customerservice@teacupcosmetics.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. Each request will be reviewed individually, and assistance will be provided based on the circumstances.
