CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This Website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent required by applicable law.

This does not mean that Teacup Cosmetics necessarily receives or stores your complete payment-card credentials.

SHOPIFY AND SHOPIFY NETWORK INTELLIGENCE

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information when you visit, interact with or make a purchase from our Website in order to provide ecommerce and related services to us and to you.

We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which allows Shopify to securely use customer information from interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other Shopify merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services. These services may include improved personalization, analytics, Website and store performance, fraud protection and more relevant advertising.

Information about your interactions with our Website may therefore be provided to Shopify and to other service providers or third parties, some of which may be located in countries other than the country where you live, in order to provide these services. Other Shopify merchants do not receive access to Teacup Cosmetics customer data.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or opt out of certain processing performed by Shopify. Those rights may be exercised through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Where customers make privacy choices through cookie and privacy controls available on our Website, including declining non-essential tracking where consent is required or using a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, those choices are communicated to Shopify for Network Intelligence as supported by Shopify.

If you submit an applicable deletion request to Teacup Cosmetics, Shopify provides mechanisms for deletion of corresponding customer information from Shopify Network Intelligence as required or supported by applicable law.

We, Shopify and other companies that support our Website may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags and similar technologies to operate Website features, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand Website usage, measure performance, prevent fraud, personalize experiences, measure advertising effectiveness and provide advertising.

Depending on the technology used, this information may include IP addresses, browser or device identifiers, Website activity, product interactions, referring pages, general location information and advertising interactions.

Advertising, analytics and technology providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when their technologies are enabled on our Website.

Teacup Cosmetics does not currently treat a traditional DNT signal by itself as a request to opt out of data processing. Traditional DNT is distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teacup Cosmetics is not responsible for unauthorized acts of third parties that occur without our knowledge or consent and are not caused by our failure to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits or waives any right, remedy or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
